Judd Herder · Alpha Performance
Built from the trenches — not textbooks. Judd is a competition-driven endurance athlete and performance strategist who
lives the process daily. He has multiple podium finishes from 5K races all the way up to Half Ironman distance. I used this same training style to go from 262 pounds and very out of shape down to 198 pounds and podium finishes — if it was possible for me, it’s possible for you, and I can show you how. I know the importance of your time — having a full time job and a family means every minute is valuable, and having a good balance is key. From cycling and triathlon to strength and conditioning, every program is rooted in real data,
real results, and real experience under the bar and on the road.
